SONG RESUBMISSION INFORMATION
NOTES:
DO NOT RESUBMIT TRACKS “BEFORE” THE NEW CHART IS POSTED ON FRIDAY NIGHT ! It will not be imported in to the Resubmit Folder for the Coming Week's Playlist !!!
Any song that is NOT in the Top 20 of the weekly Hugs Top 200 Chart MUST be resubmitted weekly. Songs in the current Top 20 DO NOT have to be resubmitted.
If your song was played on the Friday night “Shockwave” or it has just entered the Hugs Top 200 Chart and has ##### in the position column of the chart, you DO NOT have to resubmit your song, no matter what chart position number it is at
Do NOT resubmit the actual song file again, unless it has been remixed or remastered, AND do NOT resubmit the artwork again. IF YOUR SONG HAS BEEN REMIXED OR REMASTERED, you must send the NEW AUDIO FILE to Ree and inform her in the body of the e-mail that the track has been updated!
You can NOT resubmit your song(s) until AFTER the NEW Hugs Top 200 Chart has been posted on the Hugs Facebook page (usually after the Hugs Top 10 airs on Friday nights), and you MUST resubmit it BEFORE 9pm US Eastern Time on Saturday after the new chart has been posted on the Hugs Facebook site– NO EXCEPTIONS
If you have more than 2 songs on the Hugs Top 200 Chart (because your latest new submission has entered the chart and has the ##### designation), you will have to decide which 2 will remain active for the next week, and resubmit ONLY those 2 songs.
HOW TO RESUBMIT YOUR SONG(S)
You MUST send an e-mail to hugsnewmusic@gmail.com
In the subject line, put: ATTN RESUB
In the e-mail body, include this information: “Song Name – Artist Name – Current Chart Position Number" on the Hugs Top 200 Chart. If you have 2 songs in the chart, you can send the information for both in the same e-mail. Example: Hugs Has Hits – Indie Artists - #100
NOTE: If you DO NOT resubmit your song(s), you WILL NOT have an active link for the song(s) on the Hugs Vowave site for the next chart week.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The NEW Hugs Top 200 Chart is ALWAYS first posted on the Hugs Facebook Page after the Hugs Top 10 shows on Friday nights. CHECK THERE FIRST for the most current Hugs Top 200 Chart to make sure you DO NOT miss the resubmission window for your song(s).
